The High Performance non-insulated unit is perfect for any food service environment. The air baffle and circulating air blower provide even heat distribution. Higher 2000 watt heating element has a quicker recovery time. Proofing/Heating module with dual elements. Removable pan slides on 3” centers hold a variety of pan configurations. A clear door for easy product viewing and door gasket prevents heat loss. The unit has an easy pull handle for opening, a field reversible door for right or left hanging and a magnetic door latch for keeping the door closed during transport.
